Night Out: The Polaris

Friday night, I dined and wined at the Polaris restaurant and lounge at the Hyatt Regency. I was celebrating my mother’s 60th birthday and I had such a great time. If you are riding downtown Atlanta, The Polaris is the blue dome on top of the Hyatt Regency that spins 22 floors above downtown. The view from up top at night was AMAZING! As the restaurant spins, you experience a stunning view of Atlanta.

It was my first time at the Polaris and the service was good and the food was fantastic. I had Joyce Farms Tandoori Chicken for dinner, which was Indian/Moroccan dish with basmati rice, curried eggplant, and cucumber riata. It was spicy, but delicious!  Overall, the ambiance was exciting and I would definitely recommend this  place if you are looking for a night out.
