Breathe in, breathe out, and relax. I once read that “Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most”. I’m going to make this my daily affirmation. I’m a work in progress and sometimes my anxiety get the best of me, but I’m pushing through. Sometimes it’s good to get some fresh air to clear your head and regroup. Also, HAPPY MAY 1st!
